I have two of these I bought on clearance at target and I love them so much!!! Definitely worth the price!
Carole: do you think these would fit in the side pocket of a backpack? Do you know what I mean? The little elasticized mesh pouch on the side of a typical student backpack?
Yes! My boys carry them in that pocket everyday to school
Yes, it does fit on the side of a backpack. My daughter has this and we love it. She puts it in her mesh side pocket everyday.
Getting some to fill up with stuff for teachers Christmas gifts!
I’m loving that idea, Morgan! I may do that too! Thanks for the suggestion!
Hello and good evening too all. I have an off topic question.
Has anyone received a price adjustment for an item on Amazon?
Here is my situation: I ordered 2 kindles early this week from Amazon, I just received them in the past day. I saw online today they are 10 dollars cheaper than my purchase price. After being in Amazon chat line for a loooong time the price increased while I was chatting with the associate. They refused a price adjustment unless I had a screen shot of the lower price then they said that they never ever give price adjustments post purchase and refused me. I am a long time Hip2Saver, but this was my 1st time asking for a price adjustment from any company. Is this not something that Amazon does? I
Amazon doesn’t do price adjustments anymore. I believe they stopped doing it a year ago but it could even be longer. I know I’ve tried in the past and it didn’t work. Sorry it can be frustrating!
If you haven’t opened the kindles yet, I would watch the prices of them. If you find the price goes down, buy them again and return what you have. Returns, I find, are much easier if you print the label at home and drop off at UPS (ours has a drop off box where you don’t have to wait in line if the postage is ready to go). The post office this time of year would be a mess, so definitely don’t do USPS!
