DIRECTV called me yesterday and offered me all movie channels free for 3 months.
They will send me a letter every month letting me know when the 3 months are up. I also called Direct and received $50 off of my bill.

Thank you for posting this. We cut the cable cord years ago but we sometimes use my Mother In Laws DirectTV login for some apps on our Apple TV. My son asked to watch The Greatest Showman last night but we don’t own it and it is only on HBO to stream for free. Today we will be able to watch it instead of waiting until the library gets their copy back in stock. 😊

Comcast has the free preview in the OnDemand section. HBO and Max. I found it on the very last page of the directory front section. It is also in OnDemand>Premium Channels> HBO (or Max). It looked like there was more offerings in the last option I listed than the first.

DirecTV only has free HBO & Cinemax
I can’t believe so many are still on cable. Cut the cord people. No complicated anyone can do it. You can get live local TV. Use PlayStation vue and a fire stick you won’t handle notice a change except in the bill..

I have Comcast and On Demand just shows a free seven day trial – not the free weekend. In my mind, there is a difference since one is just a free weekend and the other one is a trial where you have to sign up.
Need to cancel 7 day free trial for HBO Cinamax Stars and Showtime, couldn’t speak to anyone by phone to cancel all 4, please help
