How hard is to cancel the membership?

Here is what I find in the details on canceling your membership – “Canceling auto-shipments will prevent you from receiving automatic orders, but your Grove account will remain active so that you can order on an as-needed basis. If you would like us to completely remove your account, you can email community@grove.co and we’ll take care of that for you right away.”

Not hard at all. I’ve found the easiest way is to click contact us to chat your Grove Guide and select cancel auto shipment. It’ll give you the direct link to cancel. Also, make sure to go back in and cancel VIP membership by doing the same steps as they are two separate cancellations.

I placed my first order with them a couple weeks ago but the items that arrived were not the scents/design I selected (I was careful when I made the purchase). I had tried previous Meyers products and the only reason I tried the membership was to try different scents. I emailed the guy they assigned as my consultant and his email back said he canceled my membership (as requested) and didn’t address my concerns at all. Dissatisfied with their customer service and won’t miss them.
My husband bought down products from here for me for Christmas. In the end they sent all the wrong scents and actually “lost” the order but charged our account anyways. It was a mess. I didn’t feel like dealing with the nightmare so I kept the wrong items anyways. Just want you to know you’re not alone.
I had a completely different experience with wonderful Customer service. After placing my first order, I noticed the free stoneware plate was not in the color I wanted. I emailed to ask if it could be changed. Since the order ha already been processed, it could not be changed but they gave me a $10 credit on my account so I could buy the color I wanted with my next purchase. It was a free item and they gave me a credit. I have had nothing but a great experience. I just thought people should know because too often the focus is on negativity.
I had a similar experience. I emailed the consultant because I was missing an item from my order. Someone else from the company emailed me back but the emails looked like automated responses and I kept going in circles with them. They eventually gave me $10 in credits and sent my missing item but I don’t want the frustration of dealing with customer service if something goes wrong with my order.

I just received my first shipment from when deal was posted over weekend and everything was correct (even all the freebies that I changed to different colors and scents) and nothing leaked. I also put things in my cart and did not check out that day. I received an email that I could also receive a 2 pack of paper towels and 4 pack of toilet paper in addition to other freebies. I’ve been on the fence about doing this for quite a while now because I’m not sure about Mrs. Meyer’s hand soaps and sprays. I love the vinegar gel and the lemon scented sink scrubber, I can’t remember the actual names right now. Any suggestions for scents that are mild and is Mrs. Meyer’s reallly all that natural?

Placed my first order with Grove about a month ago and am still having to deal with their poor customer service. Two items I paid for and one free item were not in my box when it arrived. It showed it shipped with the other items I ordered. First customer service rep said there was nothing they could do for me. Th second said they could only send the free item if I made another purchase so they could ship it with an order. Third rep never responded to me, but I did get a shipping notification saying it’s on its way. I cancelled, I can’t deal with a company that ignores my complaints and speaks to me in automated or broken English responses. I’ll just keep buying all my natural products at Target, they are cheaper there anyway.
