I ordered one of these last year from Proozy. Not sure if it’s a knock off or what. My first Osito jacket never “shedded,” but the jacket I got from Proozy does. I can’t wear it because I end up with fuzz all over my clothes, the car seatbelt, etc. I’ve washed it multiple times and still no luck. It’s worth investing in this jacket by getting it directly from The North Face.

      Hi Elle,

Saw your comment and wanted to reply!

Sincerely apologize for the shedding of the Osito. We stand behind a 100% full money-back guarantee and happy to help you with this experience. Feel free to personally message me (alex@proozy.com)!

      Kindest Regards,
      Alex

Alex please don’t advertise a guarantee when my jacket is fake and Proozy will do nothing!

My Ositio jacket sheds like crazy and I bought it from Dick’s so I know it’s authentic. I washed it, lint rolled it, threw it in the dryer on the fluff setting and nothing helped. My seat and seatbelt in the car were covered in fuzz.

These are FAKE!!! I purchased on the last deal and the zipper broke. I sent it in to North Face for warranty and they found it FAKE. When contacting Proozy they have no idea and they claim to have a “guarantee” but only keep records for 3 months (according to CS Rep Ginger) and do nothing for a guarantee. BEWARE!!! I now have a fake jacket with a broken zipper and wasted $50 not to mention embarassed when North Face contacted me.
