Plans auto-renew at the end of the plan period, and you will be charged monthly thereafter until you cancel.
Thinking about joining. Anyone have any experience good or bad?
I know so many girls who have had amazing success, I’m definitely giving it a try.
I am on we and so far lost 25 pounds I find it the easiest diet or live style to follow.
It’s awesome. I’m going back on it after having my baby.
I’m down 25 lbs. it works for me!
I’ve really been thinking about trying this again. I did it over 10 years ago and it was great. I’m currently doing keto but I feel like I need something better to help with tracking. Anyone think this will help with keto?
I can’t think this would work with keto. Any keto approved food would be very high in points. Also ww has so many zero point foods that works keep someone full. But they wouldn’t be compatible with keto
Thanks Jamie
I have been on ww for 8 weeks now ( used it back in college 15 years ago). It been great lost 25 pounds. My cousin recently started (she was on the keto diet decided to try this instead) she’s on her third week and is down 9 pounds. I would give it a try. It’s nice to be able to eat whatever you want in moderation. Best!
Thanks
I started 2 weeks ago and have lost 5 pounds, without even exercising. I have never really tried any other diet, but I definitely recommend the freestyle program. With so many zero point foods, flexibility over the week, and the ease of tracking, it is a great place to start!
Also, my mom and sister are down 15 and 7 in the month they have been doing it. I love that you can still make a life with it. Every other diet I have looked into seems unsustainable long term.. this one is totally doable.
That’s awesome to hear, Sharon! Thanks so much for sharing your success with us! Congrats to you, your mom and sister!
This is a great program! I started last year and it was so easy for me to follow and loose my weight!! I am currently expecting and am still following the program with my doctors approval so it is keeping me accountable!! I was looking for a program that i didnt need to buy different types of food, etc. I, for the most part am able to eat what i make for my family that consists of three picky kid eaters:)
How cool! Thanks for taking the time to comment! Good to know how it has been working for you!
I am currently on the program, and LOVE it. Started last year and lost 30lbs. I trailed off a bit at the end of last year (Tahnksgiving/Christmas, etc…), gained back about 10lbs, but have gotten back on track and dedicated again and lost almost the full 10 again in a month. The program works if you use it to it’s fullest. It is easy to follow and so many foods are allowed. I love that you are not cutting out any one given food area like carbs (Keto or paleo), so in that sense it is not a diet – it truly is a lifestyle change that allows you to have all items, but in moderation and if they fit into your points for the day! If you are wanting to live a better life, definitely try this program!
This program has been fantastic. I really like it. You just need to make sure and really read about how the freestyle works. I see too many people who think they can eat a ton of 0 point foods and lose still. But you have to remember that 0 point foods are meant for moderation and are still calories at the end of the day. This particular program has helped me think better about my choices I am making. Love it!!!
I love ww too! Very easy program you can live with – I’ve lost 30 lbs over the last year – highly recommend😉
I joined WW 5 weeks ago and have already lost 21 pounds! The amazing thing about this program is that you are never starving because you can always eat a 0 point food. I don’t even consider this a diet because you can eat anything you want as long as it is within your points.
I’m having a hard time seeing what the cost would be AFTER the free month? Anyone know? It seems like it varies, but I would be getting the most basic of plans…
Today was the last day to do this deal, my whole family signed up. Thanks for getting us started in the right direction towards a healthier lifestyle 🙂
Yay! How exciting! You are SO welcome, Andrea!
