Yes. They can. It may depend on your Starbucks though.
Do you mean without coffee? If so, yes!! Any Frappuccino that has ‘creme’ in its name has no coffee!! The vanilla bean one has no caffeine because there no chocolate, if that’s what you are looking for. Otherwise if it’s not coffee you want, just order any Frappuccino that you like and add ‘creme’ at the end and you’ll be fine! That’s all we order for our family 😊
Yes! Just ask for decaf and they’ll use decaf espresso instead. I actually think it tastes better! This is how I always get the white mocha frappuccino since I can’t have caffeine.

I dont know what I’m doing wrong, please help! Last week I got the Starbucks app, loaded a starbucks giftcard into it, bought a drink using giftcard in the app, have earned some stars but I don’t have any offers. I get messages about products on the app but offers are empty. Do I need to enable something? Do I contact customer service? I thought I wasnt getting offers because I hadn’t bought anything using the app. But now I have no clue.

Offers are for challenges. Make sure you’ve selected email preferences from the starbucks.com site (I don’t think you can do it from the app) Almost every week, I get a challenge to unlock from an email or sometimes it just shows up on the app. It might be a menu challenge, like try a Latte, a Frapp, and a bakery item during the wk and get 100 bonus stars or visit 4 days in a row for 150 bonus stars. Challenges vary, I guess depending on how often you visit.
For the Happy Hour, it won’t show up in offers. Usually on the home page of the app. Even if it doesn’t, it should be available to use the offer once you ck the app at 3pm. You can do a test mobile order by putting 2 frapps in your basket, select a store and it’ll ask if you want to apply. If its there, you can finish your order to pick up or back out and place an order in the store instead.
