My store only takes physical mailers three days after exp date, not email coupons.
I just came from my NJ store, they accepted the free mailer and $10 coupon on same purchase. Weeeee 4 candles for $20.
They took mine today! It was from my phone and I called first to verify they would take it before I went to the store so I didn’t waste a trip. 😊

Hi there! You should be able to update your info at checkout, when in store. Also, you can head over to the contact section at the bottom of their site, then select “more contact options” at the bottom right of the page. Next choose “sign up for our mailing list”. Then select “Mailing Addess Add / Update”, in the drop down box, when filling out the contact form. Hope that helps!

I finally got one of these mailers! Not sure what happened but I’ve been trying for years. I get their emails, signed up on the website and in stores and shop there frequently. 🤷🏻♀️ My mom who never shops there gets the mailers ALL THE TIME. So strange…

I got the free $6 item and 20% off as well. Can someone help me understand what I can use this on? In the past I was told that I can only use the free item on the small body lotions (about $5.50). Has anyone else found there to be restrictions on types of items you can use the free coupon on? (The back of the coupon does not specify.) Additionally, with the 20% off, can we use it on something up to $7.50? TIA.
Hi there! It looks like that will apply to any item up to $6. For the 20% off, I believe that should work on most purchases, even over $7.50, however it will only stack with the coupon(s) that were in the same mailer. Hope that helps!
I have also been told I could only get a travel size gel or lotion. Even though some items (like one hand sanitizer) cost less they would not let me redeem it on that.

The last time I used the freebie coupon, I was told that I had to select a small lotion out of a certain basket. I couldn’t select any other of my choice. I was really disappointed in the very small selection and didn’t particularly care for the choices.
There aren’t any restrictions for 5.50 (or at least there shouldn’t be). Sounds like it varies from diff stores because in my mall, I never have a problem picking out the 5.50 lotion I want. As long as it is travel size, I can choose either one and if they were to say you couldn’t, or you just select from a specific bin, I would ask to speak to a manager.
The coupon has the stipulations on it. It doesn’t say anything besides free item up to 5.50 so look for a 5.50 body lotion item and you’re good (:
It’s nice they gave you a freebie, most places don’t. On the back of the coupon it lets you know what the item you can choose from and the price point.
This is great! Most of the free ones I get from BBW are travel size items up to 5.50.

I have shopped their like forever and never get coupons and have signed up so many times with email and phone number still nothing can someone tell me a different way
I have had the same issues, leen. I finally went into a physical store and talked to an associate who signed me up with my address right there. About 2 weeks later, I finally received my first coupons.
I moved and haven’t gotten coupons in the mail for years. I’ve signed up over & over again and even called the 1-800 number and filled out a form online asking for them to mail me coupons and nothing. Any suggestions? The associates in the store just tell me to call the 1-800 number.
DARN! Is there another nearby store that you might be able to head into? I’m wondering if they may be able to help in store as I can usually verify my information at checkout. Hope that helps!
I recently moved and updated my address with the associate when checking out this past weekend. She did say the physical coupon mailers don’t go out to everyone. It’s based on zip codes. Not sure if this is really true. Hope I get coupons in the mail soon!
