I found the similar Nautica brand coat at Costco, with removable fur on the hood, to be perfect for my teenage daughter. She is a size 6 but needed a size Large in the coat so she could wear winter clothes under. it was a great deal at $23.99 and really cute! I am a 12 and it was tight on me with just a tshirt. So trying the coats on is a good idea. The Nautica ones were more of a junior or misses size than a woman.

I found the above to be true-I normally wear an XXL in women’s tshirts, and found this coat (the nautica coat at costco) in an XXL to fit me well-but it is more of a tailored fit, so rolling around in the snow and throwing snowballs in it would feel restrictive. I bought a women’s small for my daughter who is 9, but has grown out of children’s sizes. For $24, it was a good buy.
