Yea that broke the deal for me too plus in stores they are only having 8 for 32$ which isnt a good deal so i passed.
I was able to do free shipping to a store near me. They won’t be there for about a week but I don’t need them right away. On the item page under the add to bag button, select the select a size button to check availability. Once you pick your size, it will show if there is a store with the free store pickup option and the expected date. Then once you get to checkout there will be a free store pick up tab on the top of the page. Once that tab is selected the shipping fee will change to 0.00. I shopped on mobile so it may look different on a desktop.
I had an option to pick up in store for free so that’s what I did.
If you haven’t already signed up for texts or emails you can get an extra 15% off. That helps when you have to pay for shipping. 🙂
I bought 10 and they cancelled my order. 🙁 I have no idea why.
I’ve bought AE Underwear for a few years now. They’re the best and well worth the extra shipping cost.
Their customer service is absolutely awful and their web site is buggy. It took me a web chat, a phone call, 10 emails, a screen shot of their own web sites promotional terms and 2 weeks to get them to honor the $25 bonus gift card on a $75 gift card order. No one could agree what time the promo ended but they all claimed it was earlier than what the web site said. First they said 3 hours earlier, then 5 hours earlier, then 24 hours earlier. And they even admitted there was an issue with fulfilling bonus cards that affected a lot of customers but were stubbornly insisting my order was placed too late. Thank goodness I had an old version of the promo page open I could screen shot because the terms weren’t on the site anymore. Even with the screen shot it took another 4 emails for them to fix it. I’ve never been gas lighted so much by a company before in my life. Seriously.
