This set includes 15″x10″, 12″x8″, and 9″x6″ bamboo cutting boards. Each one has cut-in grooves to help contain liquids, handles to make lifting them off the counter easy, and non-slip pads on the bottoms. These boards are charred at 500°F and cross-laminated to resist warping and cracking and absorb less moisture.
Just a heads up. I bought these before Christmas when you posted them. I hand washed them before using, did not soak them and light splinters/slivers of wood peeled up on all 3 boards. Some sizes were worse than others. I sent them back. Maybe it was a bad batch…I don’t know.
