I am embarassed to say how long I have been trying to check out. Within the first hour of trying, it was applying the code but now that it looks like I’m FINALLY going to get to check out, getting the same error message…arg.

They’ve removed the promo code due to a glitch. I was on the most excruciating phone call with CS and after speaking with 5 reps they informed me that if the promo was not added to my account in 24-48 hrs, call back and they will manually add. I would still place an order during the original promo window and call for the credit.
