I bought this book for my 11-year-old granddaughter. She loves it. In fact, her siblings keep trying to get it from her. The recipes are really good, with very specific instructions. Little to no adult supervision is needed.
The directions are easy to follow. Let me be perfectly honest: my little chef says she wants to make something and quickly loses interest, so it’s my cookbook now 😂 . That being said, I’ve been cooking for a VERY long time and tried so many basic recipes; I had my tried and true. The recipes in here are THE BEST! Everyone asks where I got my chocolate chip cookie recipe 😉. The Apple snack cake is incredible and the kids and I (me) made cupcakes and frosting tonight and it didn’t disappoint.
