I am very impressed with the weights. They are very easy to put on, and they stay on until you are ready to remove them. That said, they are comfortable to wear while walking or in my “Body Shop” class. For those of us who have grip issues, aka arthritis, tendonitis, and all the other “itises” that exist, these are wonderful. I will be getting a two-pound set and eventually a three-pound set when my shoulder says I can. They are well made, they can be used on ankles, and they are very well balanced. A great buy, and they fit me, a petite gal, but with the stretch band, I think they will fit many types of physiques!
