These are fantastic! They’re bulky, but they stay on and are very, very comfortable. I live in a humid place and walk with these on my wrists regularly – they don’t make me sweat any more than usual and are very comfortable. It’s a much better solution than using dumbbells on a long walk. They’re also great for body weight exercises and fit perfectly on my ankles. I highly recommend these!

I bought these to “up” my fitness routine. I feel like just walking around the house (and my place is small) is helping you build muscle. I wore them a few times using my stepper as well. They wrap around the ankle snugly and do the job!

Very comfortable, easy to get on and off with Velcro. One-pound weights are a good weight to start with for beginners. It definitely increases the effort during the workout. I will definitely buy these in a heavier weight when I get stronger!
