Purchased to wear around town and dog walking. I also love the blue/purple colors that match my favorite outfits. True to size, but if I was still a long-distance runner I would go a half size larger for more toe room.
The Nimbus has been my favorite for several years now. Comfortable, cushioned, and supportive, it doesn’t go overboard in any of these features. Very versatile for short and long runs, interspersed with cross training and weight lifting type activities. The platinum is a more flashy version of an all-around great athletic shoe.
I’m not a runner, but I seek to wear the most comfortable shoes I can find. I discovered the Nimbus when 15/16 were released years ago and own several pairs. Now, I’ve gotten several of the 23. The cushion is fantastic. My heal is fully supported. I also love that the back of the shoe is padded so the back doesn’t rub against the top of my ankle.
