We have had one of these for 10 years and it is outstanding! We probably can 100+ jars a year. We are now buying our second one, as we would like to be able to have two of them going at the same time. The only “wear and tear” in the last 10 years is that it takes longer for it to cool down between batches now in its 10th year. Only pertinent if you are like us and do ALOT of jellies and jams. This is one of the best “appliances” we have ever had!
