8. Take advantage of their amazing refund policy if you’re unhappy with your purchase.
Bath & Body Works offers a very generous return policy. If for any reason at all you are unhappy with a purchase, you can return any item at any time.
Returns with a receipt: An exchange or credit will be issued for the purchase price on the original receipt (excluding shipping & handling charges). Ninety days or less from the original purchase date, credit card and PayPal purchases will be credited back to the original form of payment; thereafter, a merchandise credit will be issued.
Returns without a receipt: Your return will be subject to the return policy posted at the time of your return. Bath & Body Works will accept up to $250 in non-receipted returns within 90 days (this does not include defective merchandise). An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued based on the lowest selling price of the item, factoring in all applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase), and coupons that may have applied.
the 14 days back guarantee… they will price adjust an entire receipt? or just 1 product?
Here’s the details I found on the price adjustment, Dee – A one-time price adjustment from the original selling price to the current selling price will be issued for in-store purchases when the original receipt is presented within 14 days after the date of original purchase. Flash Sales, select promotions lasting 48 hours or less, Candle Day event pricing and email offers are not eligible for price adjustments.
Please take your original receipt to a Bath & Body Works store to request a price adjustment for purchases made in store. Price adjustments must be made in the country of original purchase.
