Icing sore muscles is a great way to help recover from an injury or after a workout. Having this ice roller has been great to use after I run. It has also helped with my puffy eyes in the morning. I keep the head of the roller in the freezer and use it each morning. It wakes me up and helps me feel refreshed for the day.

I love this Berkey Roller, it depuffs like nobody’s business. However, I really purchased this beauty tool primarily for face rolling due to a case of Bell’s Palsy that i developed some years back. The roller is soothing when applied to my facial muscles on the affected side. I also use the roller on my neck and knee when they’re achy. The tool itself is lightweight, the handle is hollow. I didn’t expect that.
This was surprisingly nice. It gets nice and cold in the fridge and works great to help with puffiness or just make your skin feel nicer in the morning before makeup. I also like using it when I have a headache to help cool off my forehead and the back of my neck. So it’s really multi-functional if you think about it.
