Yes, most are more for college dorms or first apartments. I did get nice ceramic vases, towels, and noodle bath rugs the last time at ridiculously low prices. I did return a few items but took a chance and knew that might happen when ordering.

The Simply Essential bath towels are cheap quality. I’ll be returning the ones I got from last time. The Haven brand is better. I do love the Wild Sage as well as the Bee & Willow products.

Thank you. I have tried both text chat and phone to no avail. They say that the manufacturer needs to send the directions. If it is a BB&B product aren’t they the manufacturer? It is just crazy to me that nobody has access to a PDF file of directions. Oh well, learned my lesson!

For those who purchased from their online store, has anyone noticed a billing discrepancy? I purchased one order online for pickup at three different stores, about half of my order was cancelled due to no inventory, and then after I picked up all the orders I noticed on my credit card bill that I was charged more than I should. And this isn’t for just one order. I have another pending order that I scheduled to pick up a couple weeks later and today I notice they are already charging my credit card for way more than my order is supposed to cost before I even picked it up!
