A lot of reviews complaining about the battery life makes me hesitant to purchase this product. I’m curious how the Hip2Save ladies feel about it’s battery life?
Hi Jennifer! I have a vacuum from this brand (the S11) and I’ve had no issues with the battery life. I think it’s rated for 50 minutes on the lowest setting and maybe 20 on the highest. I usually have either the medium or highest setting on and I have yet to have it power down on me. We’ve even used it for several quick cleans without charging in between and no issue. I will say it’s pretty rare for me to do a stint of 30+ minutes of vacuuming (who wants to be cleaning for longer than that anyway 🤣) but I’ve probably ran it for at least 15 minutes straight and the battery bar wasn’t noticeably low. I hope that helps!
Hey Jennifer! I know Emily has already responded with her personal experience on this vacuum, but also wanted to share that another Hip sidekick mentioned that the run-time can also vary depending on what speed you use – for example, the “max” speed will use more power than others. 💕
