I am very pleased with how well this machine worked. It truly does do a deep clean and does not leave the carpet as wet as other machines, it dried pretty quickly. We have dogs and they have done their fair share of oopsies on the carpet so we weren’t sure if it would work but it worked so well. We bought a big bottle of the sample solution it comes with and that also was amazing, and you don’t use a lot of solution. It even took out old set-in stains.
After living in an apartment for 5 years and using a cheap vacuum that clearly wasn’t doing the job, I got sick of how gross my carpets began to look, so I got a new heavy-duty vacuum and then followed it up with this bad boy. The color of the water was eye-opening. My carpet which I thought was ruined looks like new. It even lifted tough stains like a patch from where my nephew ground in blueberries about 2-3 years ago, and which I’d unsuccessfully tried to spot clean.
So worth the money! Agree with other reviews that refilling the tank is a tad annoying, but it’s easy to detach and reattach. Be sure to vacuum several times before using or you will get wet dust clumps that the machine can’t fully suck up!
