I have been wanting one of these griddles for a really long time. Unfortunately, before I learned about them, we had just purchased a brand-new propane grill. It was very expensive and I couldn’t justify buying another grilling item so soon. Everything about this makes sense. It’s portable, you don’t lose food through grates, it cooks evenly and can keep food warm till you need it. It is also really convenient because my husband doesn’t like heavy food smells from cooking in the house. I have done my brussels sprouts outside, onions, you name it.

The grill has two different heat zones which is awesome. I often cook two different types of items when I’m having a group for a meal. Also, use one side to keep the finished food warm while you finish the other food that needs more cooking time. The 22 inches is a lot of space. You really can fit a lot of food on it. I love the hard cover for protection. It has a removable grease cup, but you can just scrape the grease into it while you’re cooking.

Before you cook for the first time you want to season the top. It is really simple. I just use a cast-iron conditioner that I had from cast-iron pans I own. But you just Google online and can find different types of oil you can use. It’s good to dry your grill completely after cleaning it and applying a thin coat of cooking oil to maintain the seasoning and protect the griddle top. Other than that it’s super easy and self-explanatory as far as use. I am so excited to try more things on it. So far I’m thrilled! Give it a try I do not think you will be disappointed
