These are the BEST non-stick pans we have ever used. We have bought several other brands throughout the years and they all eventually lose their coating and become trash. This brand is the only one that has not stopped working and I’m so happy I found them! I bought one skillet as an added Valentine’s gift since it had a diamond in the name and it is now November still working like brand new. My spouse asked for this set as an added birthday present and we have tossed out our other brands of pots and pans.
This set is so well made and the handle design is strong and secure. The surface is very smooth – foods come right off so easily. I especially love the small frying and egg pans. They are a perfect size and make cooking breakfast so much easier. Cleanup is a breeze. I always let my pans cool before putting them in water or washing them. I found that the extra step helps preserve the pans. I had several brands of cookware but I love this Blue Diamond best so far.
