It’s a great piece of equipment. Definitely a space saver and versatile. The design could be a bit awkward for some balancing type exercises. Also, the handle gets slippery. I highly recommend purchasing tennis racket grip tape to wrap the handle. Provides an amazingly inexpensive, sturdy, and durable grip.

I ordered this for its adjustability. Rather than a room full of kettlebells. It was a little pricier than I wanted but I use it almost daily. The adjusting is exceptionally easy unlike some. It’s a larger than your standard kettlebell but I can’t imagine my workouts without it!
