I ordered this machine, 870xl, before New Year. It was on sale for approx. $550-570 on Amazon. Some parts were missing. I really wanted to love this machine, so, I called Amazon about missing parts. Amazon does not ship missing parts. Unfortunately, I have to return the machine. Unpackaging and packaging back in to the box was a hassle and waste of time )))
