We have owed a sleeper number for 23 years no issues until about a year ago and order a simple part on Amazon and still going strong.
My whole family swears by sleep number beds and have purchased them over and over again. I, on the other hand, bought a Casper after laying on one in a show roomā¦.and hated it. Casper customer support told me ājust wait, itāll get softer with time and feel like the showroom bedā. I missed my 100 day window and was stuck with the dang thing š. So if you buy it and donāt like it within a couple weeks, just send it back.
I was really thinking about it with the 100 night trial, but then it says 30 for a full refund. I thought it was a typo on this blog so I went to their website and it says the same thing. It worries me when companies have conflicting information. Thatās going to make me pass on this deal.

I have tried the Casper mattress. They want you to sleep on it for at least 30 days to give your body time to adjust to the new mattress. I was able to return the mattress after the first 30 days with no problems. They had someone come to my house get the mattress off of my bed and take it away. I was not charged one penny. So you can rest assured if you purchase the matches, you can return it after 30 days with no problem as long as itās before 100.
