    Would not recommend Cheryl’s at this point. Have ordered from them in previous years and it’s been fine. I ordered two cookie packs to be delivered 2/11. Both arrived a week late. They weren’t even shipped until 2/10, so there was no way that they could have made it in time. When I called, they tried to blame it on the delivery service (no way it was their fault – it wasn’t shipped when it should have been) and customer service was of little assistance. Very disappointing.

      I agree. I ordered some in mid January and they didn’t arrive by the date they stated. When I checked the tracking, it showed FedEx, the tracking number didn’t even register! So I waited and at a week late I contacted them. They gave me a USPS tracking number and said they should arrive soon, but didn’t actually know when. I contacted them again when they were 13 days late, they said to give it time. I asked for a new shipment to be sent, they agreed then the guy sent me some information about early arrivals. It was like he was having more than one chat conversation at the same time. He then told me to wait another day and contact them back if they didn’t show up and then said they wouldn’t refund me or send out a new shipment, after having already agreed. They arrived two weeks late, but my parents told me that the cookies were good. Customer service alone makes me not to want to buy form them again.

    I ordered a Valentine sampler box to try cheryl’s for the first time. Nothing special. They weren’t cuter than anything from Walmart bakery or target or the grocery store. They didn’t taste better either. No cute presentation. Not worth it in my opinion.

    I was doing 6 orders and all came up item not available for delivery in the recipient’s location. The addresses have been used numerous times for Cheryl’s cookies. Is anyone else having an issue?

    I ordered several Valentines samplers and each one was delivered prior to Valentines Day. I selected Feb. 7th for delivery to allow for delays. My recipients were delighted with the individually wrapped cookies. I think this is a nice surprise since it includes shipping for $9.99.

    Cheryl’s definitely had a problem in February. Mine were late as well. I placed a Valentine sampler order in January when posted on Hip for my dad’s birthday and received emails they were shipped UPS with a tracking number but no tracking info available but then at some point it switched to Mail Innovations with a tracking number and that showed it already sitting in my city for 4 days. They were supposed to be delivered by 2/09. Customer service chat kept disconnecting me so I called and the same person answered the phone. She said they would be delivered 2/11 and that’s that.

    Try ordering from QVC instead of Cheryl’s directly. I get better results from them. MOST of the time QVC has free shipping on them and they come when thy say they will. they may not have sampler, but they may be less expensive on some of the larger orders if you need those.

    Says the St Pat’s Sampler can’t be sent to my address. Its a very populated area in Long Island and I have never had an issue sending these types of samplers to my M-in-Ls house before. Oh well. 😕

    I love Cheryl’s cookies. I only had a problem 1 time. The cookies came broken and when I called they sent replacements by express mail. I probably have sent at least 30 orders. They are the best!!

    I cannot recommend Cheryl’s anymore. I ordered a valentine sampler for my daughter & a gluten free sampler for my husband for Valentine’s Day. My daughter received hers but the GF sampler never shipped! After several delays on when it would be available to ship (the date kept changing), I finally emailed customer service & they said first it was lost in transit. I said it never shipped, then they said we can send a replacement, I said go ahead, then they said they didn’t have anymore of the GF samplers. They are obviously having problems over there.
