how do you get the spouts to open? I can’t get any of the pumps to pop up. Are they sealed in some sort of plastic that is preventing it from opening? I’ve tried everything!
Hey there! I searched online for some help with this and found these tips if helpful – đź’•
Hold the collar (the ring right above the bottle) firmly.
With your other hand, twist the pump head counter-clockwise (left).
Keep twisting until the pump pops up and unlocks.
If it just spins and won’t pop up (This happens a lot with these bottles.) Try this trick:
Tighten the collar clockwise first, so the base doesn’t move.
Then hold that collar steady and twist the pump head left again until it pops up.
