These decadent mini lemon cakes are sure to be hit in your house! They are made with lemon cake, lemon filling, lemon buttercream and topped with white chocolate curls – yum.
We sent Cam to Costco to try out this yummy-looking 6-pack and here’s what she thought:
Overall the cupcakes were pretty good! I would rate them an 8 out of 10. The frosting is very creamy, and there is some sort of a lemon tart crumble inside the cupcake and on top. It was a little too tart for me to eat the entire thing, but there is a nice balance of sweetness that balances the tart taste. I would definitely recommend eating these cut in half. Also, they taste way better out of the refrigerator!

Mini? These are huge! And super tasty! Too much for 1 sitting, I had to cut them in half.
Ha! Well I suppose they are mini when compared to the regular size Costco cakes.
I luv the carrot cakes. The raspberry cheesecakes not so much. Can’t wait to try these next. They r huge. I can only eat a fraction.
A couple months ago my manager brought in mini Raspberry cakes for the office and they were SOOO good! The cake was loaded with bits of fruit and the cake and the buttercream frosting (sprinkled with white chocolate curls) had just the right balance of sweet and tart. Be careful to not eat the whole thing though… it’s just that good! The cakes also freeze well, but when thawed out the consistency of the frosting is not the best. You definitely want to keep it chilled.
I sure miss the Crumbl cookie look alikes! Tasted better than the real Crumbl ones. Anyone still finding them ?

These lemon cupcakes are my all time favorite thing at Costco. Hubby stops in to pick them up, just for me, but they haven’t had them for the last 3 or so weeks. I hope they bring them back soon!!
