It is very easy to clean. As you see in the photo I made a crispy bowl for my ice cream. The cast iron of that machine is hot. I burned my thumb. Be sure to wear gloves. Be careful not to touch children. My daughter loves the bowl. I recommend it for fun activities with kids.
I bought several of these for my grandkids. They love making the ice cream bowls & homemade ice cream. We even make them ahead of time & keep them in a ziplock bag for the next day.
