Notice on a lot of their offers – say “delivered”. Does In-store purchase qualify for cash back savings?
Yes. For Walmart Cash/Manufacturer Offers, an in-store purchase can qualify. You do not necessarily have to have the item delivered. Walmart’s current FAQ specifically says eligible offers can be earned when the item is purchased in-store, picked up, or delivered.
The confusing part is the wording you’re seeing:
“Delivered” can appear because Walmart is describing the online-order process. For an online order, the Walmart Cash is credited after the order is delivered or picked up.
In-store purchases qualify, too. Before checkout, claim the offer in the Walmart app. Then connect your purchase to your Walmart account by scanning the QR code at checkout/Walmart Pay.
If you forget to connect your account at checkout, Walmart says you can scan your receipt in the app within 7 days to claim the eligible Walmart Cash, assuming you had already claimed the offer.
Just be sure to check the individual offer’s details because some offers can have additional requirements or restrictions. Hope this helps! 🥰
