Annie are you talking about digital Walgreens cash or a paper register reward earned on an in-store shopping trip? If digital Walgreens cash follow Trish’s advice. If you are talking about doing this deal in-store you will get a paper register reward and no, you can’t use the paper register reward on a second purchase of Dove to have another register reward print out. Digital Walgreens cash and paper register rewards are two entirely different reward systems. Go to Walgreens help center to find more information in their coupon policy.
For some reason this did not work for me in store. I clipped the coupon and bought a shampoo and conditioner for $10 but it wouldn’t apply the coupon.

In-store you should have gotten a printed register reward provided you bought a “select” variety that was part of the deal. Other reasons are the printer is off or broken or Walgreens didn’t program the cash register correctly. It can be fixed. You have 72 hours to contact the Catalina company in charge of this program.
