What a pleasant surprise! The packaging is sturdy enough to survive the delivery process, even though my box showed a few punctures, scrapes, & gashes. (I wonder where they train their delivery drivers!) Anyway, all items were completely intact and undamaged. This shelf is adorable and perfect for a minimalist/modern style. Really easy to put together even with one person. Don’t make the same mistake I did and order the 5-shelf if you need a tall one! I thought it would be tall enough but it’s quite short. I’m 5’4” and it’s only a few inches taller.
