I got tired of only using black or sepia/brown brush markers, so I bought these. Nice, clear colors, good brush texture, and response, and they do not smear with watercolors overlaid on the lines. Love these things.
I have tried a few different brands of brush pens, but these Faber-Castell pens are by far my favorite! I like them even more than my Tombows! The Tombow just has a thicker line and I prefer smaller. The tips of my Tombow pens have also been fraying and I do not think I have used them all that much.
I bought it for adult art class, and were very happy with their black set. I like the colors, sheer and bright, and they are perfect for my multi-media project.
