This is one of the few options I have found that will remove and keep off the white film buildup that comes from having hard water. It’s also all over the silverware and doesn’t come off unless you sit and scrub every single one…not anymore! This takes all that off. If it’s really bad and you’re just starting to use it you might have to either scrub them first or run the load through a couple of times. Either way, it will keep it off until you quit using it again. I’m happy I have something I can use, to continue using my dishwasher and not wash basically anything that’s not plastic by hand. Definitely will continue to purchase this as long as I am living here.
