FREE Internet for 5 Years?! Check If Your Family Qualifies.
If you have a student in grades K–12, you may qualify for FREE internet access through T-Mobile’s Project 10Million program!
Eligible households can receive a free T-Mobile hotspot along with 200GB of data each year for up to 5 years.
To qualify, students must be enrolled in an eligible government assistance program, such as the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), Medicaid, SNAP/EBT, or other qualifying programs.
Visit T-Mobile’s website to check your eligibility.
Here’s how to get T-Mobile free internet for students (and no, you DON’T need to be a T-Mobile customer 🙌🏼):
- Head to T-Mobile’s Project 10Million website to apply as a school administrator or parent/guardian
- Submit your school district’s information OR your child’s school information and proof of NSLP enrollment (or their CEP, PEBT certification)
- Check your inbox for an acceptance letter and shipping status!
It’s important to note that there is a maximum allotment per state per year. For this reason, it’s best to sign up as soon as possible!
If your state isn’t open for registration, be sure to check with your student’s school district, as they may already be enrolled in this program.
Note that this program receives A LOT of applications, so if approved, you may experience shipping delays of approximately 45-60 days.

I’ve tried multiple times, with different browsers and I can’t get past the first page. It erases my information and starts over.
Oh no! You might wait a bit to see if there may be some updates happening to the site that are causing issues, or reach out to customer service to see if they can help a bit further. Hopefully it works for you soon, Nicole! 🤞
