We tried the watch and the phone. The service was terrible in our area. Messages didn’t go through for hours. We are still paying a monthly fee for something we don’t even use.

Yes. They couldn’t do anything about the service. It was more expensive to cancel the contract than to continue paying the remaining months on it.

I’m in the same boat. Ugh! Phone died in a few months. Been paying for nothing for almost 2 years. 2 more months to go. The tracking on the phone was SO bad. It showed her still at school even after she was home. Useless for us.
We had a Gabb phone and found the service, actual phones and the software on the phone to be poor quality. We now have a Pinwheel phone and LOVE it. The phone is better quality (a Samsung), the GPS is accurate, the cost is cheaper than Gabb, and I have complete flexibility with what I allow on my son’s phone, including a mirror of all his texts on the portal on my own phone. I would not recommend Gabb at all.

We have come out with major updates last week that have improved and resolved some issues with our GPS and software. We also have our Gabb Parent Messenger App that also allows parents to monitor their child’s texts, calls, and contacts.

Not worth the headache. Customer Service is horrible and can never resolve our issues. We’re paying for watches that work 25% of the time. The early termination fees are more than what we would pay for the remainder of our contracts so we’re stuck with them for now. If a deal is too good to be true, it is! Got the watches for free on one of these deals but they’ve been terrible and we have to factory reset them once every couple months meaning we have to re enter all the phone numbers, kids lose all their earned coins and pets, etc. it’s a huge pain and customer service knows nothing of how to fix the issue. Please chose a different brand.
