Did anyone else checkout through PayPal, select basic shipping (free) and then get charged for expedited shipping? Contacted Customer Service but they were no help. Ended up paying the price of another sweatshirt for shipping )c;
I’ve had good experiences with their customer service in the past. I would try reaching out to them again maybe another way – I believe you can contact them via chat, social media, and phone. In my experience with many businesses, the method of contact can make a difference in the customer service resolution. Hope that helps.

This happened to me as well. Apparantly, you need to be logged into the gap account to not be charged for shipping. I contacted customer service via chat and the rep kindly fixed the issue for me. Hope this helps.
