Check out these great reviews…

This watch has been a life changer! I switched from an Apple Watch Series 6. I noticed it was not accurate in tracking my runs and the battery died so fast that I couldn’t use it to track my sleep. My Garmin lasts for 7 days on a charge with all the settings I have opted for. I wear it to sleep & get additional information on the quality of sleep, better GPS, more features, and a more durable watch! I do a good amount of weight-lifting exercises too, and it’s accurate! I haven’t even explored the full potential of this watch and I’m obsessed with it.

If you’re thinking about taking the leap for Garmin, DO IT! Can’t recommend this enough.

I use and wear this watch every day to track sleep/recovery/stress/workouts/mileage/steps. There are a lot of reviews online that go very in-depth, but to keep this one short, the watch works as advertised and is great for anyone into working out/running.
