I have to say I was worried at first about the quality of the umbrella because the price was so good but I am beyond happy with what I received. The umbrella is made really well and has already stood up against two rain and wind storms! Great vibrant color.

I was very excited about this deal and ordered it! However, within 24 hours of putting the weighted base on from their site, my umbrella broke where the footing is welded to the part that holds the umbrella pole and just snapped off and fell over. 🙁 Although a great price, I do not recommend it!

Yes, I did, and they gave me the option of replacement or a refund. I ended up choosing the refund, but hopefully Sarah’s second one maybe held up better!

I too was very excited about this umbrella and within a day or two if it being put up it just fell apart. The plastic joint “elbow” where the umbrella and the stand meet just bent and folded over causing the string to the break and the umbrella was intern useless. On the other hand customer service was great and they offered to send me a brand new one no charge. Not sure I want the new one but we will see how it hold up when I get it.
