Check out why reviews love this product, too!

I love this product! It is pure, has very good taste, and is effective to boost the immune system. It only takes a few drops under the tongue and it works wonderfully! I am really glad and very happy to have this Sambucus. It is helping me with my immune system. I currently have a cold and it has lessened the symptoms and has shortened the duration. I felt much better by the next day. It really helps!

I give these to my kiddos and I take it myself. It has an easy drawing pipette. It is very simple to administer. The ingredients are great and real. The taste is very good. I take this to increase and have positive effects on my immunity. I feel great overall.

Don’t take this if you have autoimmune. <3 (or echinacea or melatonin)

    • Stacy

      Why not?

      • Emily

The simple answer is that this “boosts your immune system”, and autoimmune disorders are when your immune system is already in hyperdrive (so much that it wants to do its immune system protective business on your own body causing damage). The extra boost can make symptoms worse or quicken the progression of certain autoimmune disorders.

For example, I have Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. I took elderberry supplements for about a week and I was so cold and lethargic (even more so than normal). That’s when I actually went and read about this issue with elderberry, and realized that I shouldn’t have been taking them at all.

          Very well said, Emily.
Yes, Stacy, “immune boosting” supplements make people like me sicker. It puts my already overactive immune system into overdrive, causing it to attack my body more than it already is.

I have found Christopher’s Immucalm to be invaluable. You can find it on Amazon. It keeps my immune system calmer which really helps me cope and I wish I had known about it years ago.

I had no clue I just found out I have Hoshimotos & am falling apart. I always take stuff to help my immune system what other vitamins or supplements should I avoid? I’ll stop the elderberry & echinacea & melatonin… I just had covid so was taking alot last month!

I found Stop the Thyroid Madness to be a great resource! Also you want to be having the Full thyroid panel run: TSH, Free T3, Free T4, Reverse T3, antibodies for Hashimoto’s and antibodies for Graves. Results should be OPTIMAL not just ‘in range’. Please look into NDT (Natural Dessicated Thyroid) medication instead of synthetic T4 only, which most people have trouble converting to T3, but doctors don’t tell you 😑
