This was easy to assemble. It appeared to have smaller tanks. This was a plus. It’s easy to fill/ drain. It’s not bulky at all. Very streamlined. It’s cleans wonderfully. It does deep cleaning. Just take my time and let it do its magic. Totally worth the small expense!
Sadly I had just purchased another from a reputable manufacturer. It was larger and I assumed better. Wrong! This new one works wonders and helps my house smell better. Did I mention I have 2 hairy miniature schnauzers??

I bought one. I purchased this on a whim not expecting much but also being so frustrated with the other cleaners we have tried. It arrived today. I decided to test it out on an area rug. Within a minute I stopped the machine, turned to my teenage son and asked “are you seeing this?”. The section I was cleaning had not been that color since it was new. It is a color blocked rug and it had gotten so dirty that most colors were a light beige and only the darkest blocks looked different. Now I have an area rug with several different shades of color. I’m in complete shock. We have used several carpet cleaners on this same rug, including a Rug Doctor that we paid far too much for. Anyway, I moved into our room and got out 2 stubborn urine stains left by our 16.5 year old Westie. My only complaint is that you have to empty it and refill the water/solution tank so often. I love that it is light weight but I feel like I spent more time refilling than I did actually cleaning. However, I think I found my solution for that… I ordered a second machine! The price had even gone down a bit on this combo so I got another one. I can enlist a helper and we can either use both machines or we can use one and swap out the tanks so that one person is doing the cleaning while the other is rinsing the dirty water tank and refilling the solution tank. When you have a lot of carpet, 7 dogs, 8 cats, kids and grandkids, you have to be efficient.
