These shipped right away. I tried making macarons with parchment paper and they turned out horrible. I bought these silicone baking mats and could not be happier. No more wasting money on expensive parchment paper, plus the template on them is perfect for not only macarons but for cream puffs as well.
These silicone mats are so great and helpful when making macaroons. The different circles are nice. You can make a variety of sizes. Easy to use, clean, and remove your cookies/macaroons.
I saw these mats highly recommended on a Facebook group. They’re fantastic. Better than my Silpat mat because of the size and the fit to my tray. They hold the macaron shape perfectly, even when I bang them on the bench for air pockets. Perfect macs every time. Can’t recommend it highly enough. And reasonably priced too.

I have this set and I love it. Some similar sets are extremely floppy, but this one has a little more rigidity, making it easier to store.
I love to use the inexpensive Silicone Mats for my toddlers to use play dough on, put under the paper when they water color, and when they draw. Makes clean up easier.
