Peanut butter is one of my Red Light Foods. That translates to this: If I have an open jar at home, it will be gone very quickly – I’m a weak, weak woman. I count my macros diligently, and peanut butter is an important and healthy fat source, so I did not want to cut it out of my diet entirely.
So these squeeze packs of Justin’s are just the ticket – I ration myself one a day. Of course, Justin’s PB and other nut butter are famous for their quality and taste, no complaints there.
