We bought this as a Christmas gift for our daughters, and needless to say, they loved it! They’re currently 6 & 2 and love to read, so this is a perfect space for them to share their books. We also have a teepee and I was wondering if it was going to serve the same purpose but it didn’t, they do use the teepee to play and this nook to practice their reading. I love that it has storage space (it was the main reason we decided to ultimately buy it).
We thought it was going to be hard to put together but it only took us about 90 minutes, the instructions are well explained and detailed. My daughters fell in love with it! I hope it lasts just like everything else we have from KidKraft!
This thing is awesome. I have a 2-year-old and a 7-year-old, who are both in love with their new reading nook. They use it to read, play on their tablets or just cuddle up in their blanket and relax. It’s big enough for them both to sit or for one to lay out. Took my husband about 3 hours to put together with a bit of frustration but it’s sturdy and looks great. We’re going to string up some lights and it’ll be complete. We’re very happy with it.
