Fetch wouldn’t accept my Kroger pick up receipt anyone have this issue?

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

So sorry for the issues, Kat. It does seem that Kroger may not accept a digital receipt on order pick-ups according to this policy – “Eligible physical receipts from these retailers must be in the traditional receipt format from a storefront register.” Occasionally, I’ll get a physical receipt with my pick-up order that works for cash-back apps, like Fetch. If you happen to have your associate e-mail account linked in the app, you might try scanning for e-receipts that way. 🀞 Hoping this does the trick! πŸ’•
