It has just started to be dark in the morning and as soon as daylight savings time hits, it’s going to be completely dark when I wake up at 6 am. I have paired my Lastar Light Therapy Lamp with an Alexa-controlled outlet so it goes on every morning at a certain time. It’s bright! But a great way to wake up compared with beeping or another kind of audio alarm.
I love that it has multiple settings of brightness – I’m currently using the brightest setting but once it gets darker in the mornings I’ll probably level it down a bit. Noticing great effects overall. I seem to have an easier time getting to sleep since I started using this, and waking up has been easier.
It is fully adjustable to almost any rotation so it’s nice to be able to stand it straight up in portrait mode so there’s more room on my nightstand. All in all, a great device. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try light therapy. Thumbs up!
