People are loving this space-saving freezer

Bought this because of its size and that it’s front loading. Had searched for one for a long time and was very excited when I found it. Plenty of room and easy access. Love it!

I have had this freezer for almost a month. So happy with my purchase. It’s so much better on my back than my old chest freezer. It’s attractive and can hold tons of items.

Love it! Wanted a freezer but didn’t have room for a large one or even a chest freezer, This fits in the space I have and since it’s an upright I don’t have to dig in the chest-type freezer to find something, and the color is great.

Small for the price compared to others based on cubic feet

FYI…don’t buy any LG appliances. There are very few licensed technicians that are available to repair them. I know because I used to have LG refrigerator/freezer and it completely broke down. No one in Columbus,OH could work on it and LG’s customer service is awful. We finally unplugged it for 24 hours and it reset by itself! Lost a lot of food!

My brother had he same experience in Georgia.

Was told the SAME thing here in central Texas- was recommended not to get LG or Samsung- have had issues with washer and fridge

I’m dealing with the issue right now! I lost food as well. Someone will be out Monday to see what they can do… frustrating!!

I’m so sorry! Hope you get it repaired!

There is a settlement for LG refrigerators. If purchased in the last 5 years. You can call LG customer service at 1-800-243-0000. Our compressor went out and it was covered under the settlement. It took a week for them to send repair person. Food loss is also part of the settlement. You could call the number posted to see if your situation qualifies. I’m still in the process to see if I can get them to cover the food loss but all this occurred in the last two weeks.
