Register now for the next Lowe’s kids workshop!
Lowe’s helps kids learn great skills while having fun!
The Lowe’s FREE Build & Grow Kids Workshops offer free DIY craft kits for your kids each month so they can try their hand at a new skill and spend a little screen-free, quality time out of the house!
Through October 13th, or while spots are available, you can register for the October Lowe’s Kids Workshop. This event will take place on October 14th, from 10 AM – 1 PM local time, and kids will be able to build a fun Heroic Fire Truck Toy in honor of Fire Safety Month!
This is an entertaining and budget-friendly way to get out of the house on a weekend – and your kiddo will love learning to build their very own toy!
Plus, if your little builder earns 12 badges by attending the workshops, they will receive a FREE tool bag! (Thanks, Arnela!)
Lowe’s has a lot more kids workshops in the coming months. Head here to scope out all the projects that will be available, so you can start marking your calendar and save the date now!
The next workshop will be held on November 18th to build a Thanksgiving Turkey Photo Holder! Registration will be open starting October 16th.
What are these free Lowe’s Kids Workshops?
These workshops are designed to help your little ones learn DIY! These fun projects from Lowe’s Build and Grow Workshops are made so that both boys and girls (and maybe the adults, too) can enjoy them! The kits are designed for kiddos 4 years old or older, but even younger siblings are able to join in on the fun with a little parental help. They’ll love adding the stickers!
This is the perfect project to keep your little one entertained during boring weekends at home, and they’ll learn valuable skills as well!

These DIY crafts are great. Lowes has stickers on theirs. Good to learn how to read instructions, use a hammer and screw driver and stick the stickers on. Our kids are 7
Thanks for the feedback on these!! Happy to hear how fun and educational they’ve been! 🙌💕
Wow love that my kid can earn their own tool bag!! He is always digging into my husband’s so it’ll be fun for him to earn his own 🙂

I have been attending monthly with my nieces and nephews and OMG they really look forward to doing these monthly. This will make month 7 and we are collecting our badges with our aprons and goggles. Kids range from 3-5 and I normally take about 4-5 with me.
How fun! Glad to hear this has been such a hit each month with your nieces and nephews! Thanks for taking a moment to comment! 🥰🙌

Hi there! It looks like registration is open now, if you’d like to check back! Hoping the site works for you today! 🤞
I didn’t see an age range. Does anyone know what it is?
Great question, Pamala! I found some more information on this on their corporate site for you – “kids ages 4-11 and their parents to participate in together at Lowe’s. However, all ages are welcome with the supervision of a parent or guardian. Workshops are facilitated by Lowe’s Workshop Captains, represented by Lowe’s store associates, who oversee the projects. Each participant will receive a free apron, project merit patch, goggles, and wooden project kit that takes approximately 15-30 minutes to complete.” Hoping this is helpful! ❤️
