Bought these knives as a birthday present for one of my daughters, she liked them a lot when opened her present and started using them immediately, after washing them. They cut the vegetables to perfection and the salad ingredients, such as tomatoes, onions, lettuce, and purple cabbage to perfection too, as thin as we like them. They also wash well. Very happy with my purchase!
