The product description states toddlers – 8 yr olds but my children are 11 and 10 and they love this toy while riding in the car, especially. They play hang-man and other games together, quietly, or they draw individually, quietly. I’ve bought a drawing board like this for years for them and it never gets old. I recommend this toy for any child but it’s almost a can’t live without for kids riding in the car often. They’ve also taken it in doctors’ offices, ballparks, or just anywhere they’ll sit for a while. The board locks so it won’t erase if the child has to put it away for a bit which is a bonus.
My kids absolutely love these, we take them everywhere.. Restaurants, long trips in car, or even just at home they love playing with them. My 2 and 6-year-olds both have one now after I got my oldest one, my youngest would always play with it too, and now they don’t have to share. Highly recommend
